Where are my places stored?

Only on your iPhone. We do not have servers that receive your addresses, codes or notes. Deleting the app deletes its data.

How do I change what gets copied?

Open Settings in the app and choose a copy template: Full, One line, Address only or Custom. Custom lets you pick the fields, their order and the separator.

How do I pin the exact entrance?

When adding or editing a place, tap "Pin on map", move the map until the pin sits on the entrance and tap "Set pin". The pin is kept even if you change the street text later.

How many places can I save for free?

Up to 10. You can add one more place by watching a short ad, or remove ads and the limit with the one-time "Remove ads and limits" purchase.

I bought "Remove ads and limits" on another iPhone. How do I get it back?

Open Settings in the app and tap "Restore purchase", signed in with the same Apple Account.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

If the option is available in your region, open Settings in the app and tap "Privacy choices".
