Terms of Use

Introduction

By using Where ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. The App is operated by Mikhail Gudzikevich ("we", "our", "us"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

• The App lets you save addresses and access details, such as entrance, floor, apartment, door codes and notes, and copy or share them.
• Your places are stored only on your device. We do not keep copies, so we cannot restore data that is lost with your device or deleted from the App.
• Maps, address suggestions and pin addresses come from Apple Maps and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Check important details yourself.

Free Plan and Purchases

• The free plan lets you save up to 10 places. Copying is always free.
• You can add one more place by watching a rewarded ad. The extra place lasts while that place is saved; if you delete it, the free limit applies again.
• "Remove ads and limits" is a one-time purchase that removes banner ads and the place limit on devices signed in with the same Apple Account. You can restore it with "Restore purchase".
• Purchases are processed through Apple. Refunds are governed by Apple's policies and can be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Prices may change at any time. A change does not affect purchases you have already made.

Advertising

The App shows ads provided by Google. We do not control the content of third-party ads and are not responsible for products or services they offer.

Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the information you save about other people. You agree not to:

• Store or share personal information about others without a lawful reason, or use it to harass, stalk or harm anyone.
• Use the App for fraud or any illegal activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

Third-Party Services

Maps and address search are provided by Apple, and ads by Google. Your use of these features is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.

Apple App Store

These Terms are between you and Mikhail Gudzikevich, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Where these Terms do not cover a topic, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including that it will be error-free or that addresses and maps will be accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mikhail Gudzikevich shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to lost data, missed deliveries or lost profits.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
